If a form is not loaded as expected, a unique request ID often appears on the error page. This ID helps our Support Team to identify the underlying request quickly and conduct a targeted error analysis.
The audit log systematically records important changes and events related to your account. These logs help to ensure that relevant operations are documented transparently and can be easily checked as necessary.
Formcentric is regularly updated as part of a continuous release process. New functionality, improvements and bug fixes are provided by this process several times a month.
Security-relevant updates – such as patches for known vulnerabilities – are prioritised and applied as soon as possible.
