Password requirements and security precautions

We accept passwords with a minimum length of 8 characters. For security reasons, however, we recommend a length of at least 12 characters.

Your password also needs to meet the following criteria:

1. Uppercase letters (A-Z)
2. Lowercase letters (a-z)
3. Numbers (0-9)
4. Special characters (z.B. !@#$%^&*)

The password you enter is valid indefinitely.

You can reset your password in the My profile area whenever you want to. → Resetting password

How to reset your password if you have forgotten it:

1. Click ‘Forgot password?’ on the login page.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your email inbox – you will be sent a reset link.
4. Click the link (valid for 5 minutes).
5. Create a new password according to our password rules.

If you suspect someone has unauthorised access to (or has hacked) your account:

1. Change your password immediately → Updating password
2. Activate two-factor authentication → Setting up two-factor authentication
