File attachments can be downloaded not only via excel export, but also directly from individual submissions. This is useful if you only need specific files and do not want to export all submission data.
Download attachments from a single submission
Files uploaded by users are available directly within each submission and are provided as links.
How to download attachments
Click Forms at the top of the screen.
Select the form whose submissions you want to view.
In the Submissions column, click the submissions number.
Open the submission you want to view.
In the submission details, uploaded files are displayed as links.
Click a file link to download or open the attachment.
The attachment is downloaded directly to your download folder.
