In the Automations section, you can specify whether submissions are automatically deleted or anonymised after a defined period for the currently open form.
The overview provides a clear snapshot of all configured automations, including the type, the period after which submissions are processed, the status, creation date, and any optional comments. For each automation, you can use the Actions menu to activate, deactivate, execute immediately, view the history, or delete it.

Automations that apply to all forms are configured in the Admin centre under Privacy. For more information, see Automatically delete and anonymise form data.
All automations created for the form are displayed, whether active or deactivated.

| Automation | Indicates whether the automation deletes or anonymises submissions. |
| Older than | Shows how long submissions are retained before the automation runs. |
| Status | Shows whether the automation is currently active or inactive. |
| Created | Shows the date the automation was created. |
| Comment | Optional additional notes about the automation. |

| Deactivate | Pauses the automation without deleting it. |
| Execute immediately | Here, you can run the automation once right away. |
| View history | Shows all previous executions of the automation, e.g., when and how many submissions were deleted or anonymised. |
| Delete | Permanently removes the automation. |
What happens to form-specific automations when privacy settings are already active in the Admin centre?
Both settings remain active. The automation with the shorter time period takes effect.
