Assigning permissions

Permissions are assigned via groups. You create a group, define its permissions and add users as members – all members automatically receive the group's permissions.

Users who are not assigned to a group have no permissions.

How to proceed

Permissions can be assigned for the following areas:

Forms View, Create, Edit, Publish, Delete
Submissions View, Export, Delete, Automate
Designs View, Edit, Approve, Delete
Media View, Upload, Edit, Delete

How to proceed

  1. Open the Admin Centre and navigate to Groups.
  2. Create a new group or open an existing one.
  3. Assign the desired permissions to the group.
  4. Add the users who should receive these permissions as members.
