Assigning permissions

Permissions are assigned via groups. You create a group, define its permissions and add users as members – all members automatically receive the group's permissions.

For example, you can create a group that is allowed to edit and publish forms, but does not have permission to delete submissions.

Users who are not assigned to a group have no permissions.

How to proceed

For the following areas, permissions can be assigned:

Forms Create; Publish; Delete
Submissions View; Export; Delete; Automate
Designs Edit; Approve; Delete
Media Upload; Edit; Delete

How to proceed

  1. Open the Admin Centre and navigate to Groups.
  2. Create a new group or open an existing one.
  3. Assign the desired permissions to the group.
  4. Add the users who should receive these permissions as members.
